There is an increasing need to use a variety of microscopy techniques to determine the structure, composition, and materials properties of a sample and to correlate this data. Oxford Instruments has recently released Relate, a data processing software providing dynamic visualisation and analytical tools for detailed interrogation of correlative microscopy results.
This webinar will give participants a chance to see correlation of EDS, EBSD, EM and AFM data on a variety of materials and life science applications, including duplex steel, battery material and biomedical implants.
You will learn:
The webinar will show the workflow for collecting correlative data using AFM and EM
We will show the process of correlating images from diverse datasets
The webinar will demonstrate the visualisation and analytical tools for interrogating data from materials and life science specimens
