Microscope Components

WITec customers can draw from an extensive optical and mechanical toolkit to create the perfect alpha300 microscope for their individual research. Lasers, spectrometers, filter sets, and objectives can be selected to optimize excitation and signal detection. A wide selection of holders for slides, dishes, flasks, flow-through cells, cryostats, heating stages and other hardware is available. Automated components including a multi-wavelength coupler, polarizer, illumination selector, calibration source, objective revolver and the TrueSurface laser attenuator can be integrated. A full range of sample stage positioners and scanners compatible with environmental enclosures such as glove boxes is also offered.
